All of my birth packages include the following:

• Personalized birth plan

• 24/7 on call and continuous support after 37 weeks

• Unlimited text, email, and phone support

• Nutritional coaching

• Reliable back up doula support

• Guidance on comfort measures, embodiment, pleasure, and intimacy practices

• Emotional, spiritual, and physical support

In addition to the above, the basic plan specifically includes the below support:

• 2 prenatal visits

• Support during birth

• 1 postpartum visit
