I began my journey in regenerative health after multiple attempts to heal my body after being diagnosed with unexplained ovarian cysts, gut issues, hormonal imbalances, painful periods, and PCOS. I struggled with regular bloating, gas after eating, severe menstrual and ovarian pain, as well as anxiety.
